The 8th Global Agricultural Machinery Summit of the AGRIEVOLUTION Association, of which TARMAKBIR is a founding member, will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from September 1 to 3, 2025. The summit was first held in Rome in 2008 and was subsequently held in Orlando (USA), Paris (France), New Delhi (India), Istanbul (Turkey), Wuhan (China) and finally in Madrid and Valencia (Spain).
“Sustainable agriculture, food security, and farm efficiency through mechanization and precision technologies” is the summit’s central focus. Additional information about the program is available at the link. The program states that speakers will include representatives of international companies and brands in the industry. The summit will provide an important opportunity to engage with regional authorities, global peers and stakeholders.
The summit will also include a one-day field demo day, where the best experiences in protected agriculture and the latest agricultural technologies will be demonstrated in practice. It is well known that in Argentina, crops are planted almost exclusively on stubble and the country has a lot of experience in this respect. Conservation agriculture (e.g. reduced tillage, stubble cultivation) is an agricultural technique that will attract the attention of farmers, especially in terms of yield and cost, and its use will be widespread, as evidenced by numerous scientific studies.
