On November 14, 2023, the Presidency Commission adopted final rules to implement some modifications on Testing and Inspection Principles of Agricultural Machinery and Agricultural Technology Vehicles. Within the Regulation, the procedures and principles regarding the effective management of test report submission procedures, testing and certification procedures, authorization of testing institutions and inspections of agricultural machinery and agricultural technology vehicles used in agricultural activities are determined within the framework of Ministry practices. Under the final rules;
1. Credit Eligibility Certificate has been removed from the application. The rights of companies that received a Credit Compliance Certificate before the amendment made by the Regulation are reserved.
2. Transactions carried out with the Credit Eligibility Certificate will be carried out with Test Reports.
3. A common template will be used in Test Report Numbers and it will be stated that it is a fixed facility or machine.
4. Due to the developments in the agricultural machinery and agricultural technologies sector, the failure to ship test vehicles that did not have the test principles and methods of new technology tools was prolonging the process, causing companies to suffer and causing negativities in the workflow. With the change in the test principles and methods, the test report will be prepared.
