Private sector groups are also eligible to apply under the R&D Support Program’s 21st Project Call. The project’s topic must fall under the 21st Project Call’s Priority R&D Topics. The Ministry sets a maximum support rate of 70% and a support ceiling of 5 million TL (VAT excluded) for private sector organizations (capital corporations).
Project partnerships are necessary for project applications submitted under this call. To be eligible to apply as the implementing institution for the Support Program, private sector firms must collaborate with at least one university.
Applications for the project will be accepted from March 16, 2026, to June 5, 2026. The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, June 5, 2026, at 18:00.
